I'm not sure if my description of veal is wrong but as the granddaughter of a farmer I thought that veal was from milk feed calves. I had the toughest chunks of meat! These were chunks not thin slices or small pieces. The flavor was good but veal should not be marbled with fat or gristle. The ricotta mousse dessert was delightful; not too sweet.
