I have been to high level restaurants. I can affirm that this meat is unbeatable. We ate the provoleta (it's the usual but perfect) and then the Iberian pork and the lomo bajo, a 10 for both. 100% recommended site... The steak was good however we felt that for 1.6 kg and 128 euros we didn't get much meat and the cut had lots of fat. What we had was good though. The sides were very good.
