Being that we’re in a pandemic and state rates were climbing, I was amazed they seated all the customers at n booths all right next to each other. The huge restaurant was pretty much empty but yet seated us all close to one another. As we were seated as one of the first tables in the restaurant, we didn’t request table change. we went to crave as a family to celebrate the 50th birthday of my wife and had one of the worst experiences. it took 35 minutes to get our main course. the 2 steaks and the walleye were overcooked. the waiting staff just came by to deliver food and check. has not refilled water or asked if we wanted dessert. for years gone into the crave and was very disappointed with this visit.
