Great walk-up location when the weather is nice. You don't go inside at all. Normally you order at one window and pick up at another. When they are really busy, however, they serve quick orders (cones, sundaes, simple beverages) out the ordering window, and there is a queue for picking up items that take longer (e.g. Blizzards) at the pickup window.
