I go here most days to get lunch from the Subway, which has Great staff with good customer service, BUT... the console operators on the OTR side is terrible. He has no customer service skills and does not know how to greet his customers. No hello or Thankyou ever comes out of his mouth, let alone he will ever look at look at you while he talks to his mates. Looking for another Subway. Very disappointed customer. read more.
