If you come to Roswell New Mexico this bbq spot is a must!!!! My favorite was definitely the queso on the brisket nachos!!!! Yummy ???? They have a huge food challenge here for big eaters! Man vrs food did a show here! The bar and TV setup is great!! Lots of great parking for trailers or RV?s easy in and out. Overall fantastic bbq and cold beer!! They stafff is super friendly. ???? We went for a late lunch. The wife and I split the BBQ Sampler. Brisket, ribs, and chicken, with coleslaw. It was good but to be honest I have had better. Brisket and chicken were a little dry. Ribs were good, but they give new meaning to fall off the bone . Service was ok. View all feedback.
