The employees were very very very mean to older customers, they did not take older gentleman's order while he stood there for a good amount of time. Then they took a cup out of a older lady's hands. The person taking our order was being rude, she did not repeat our order back, we had to ask for our drinks after some time, there was a sewage access tripping hazard, our food was cold. over all this was not a good exper...
