We recently went to the marquis and from start to finish it was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and even when they ran out of one thing it was quickly rectified for another. My daughter decided to take me for tea.......added salt to the wound as she paid over £11.00 for each meal. Cheese sauce pot had a fly in.....and the food was cold. 2nd time round slightly warmer, burger was like dog meat and the steak was cooked wrong. No offer of a refund. They actually asked me what they could do to make it right....have they been on a customer service course. Don't give the place the time.of day. View all feedback.
