SPRING VALLEY REVIEW Visited 3 times. First time it was a 7.8 rating i ate adobada and carne tacos. Second time t a 7.5 ratingi ate carne tacos and the birria it was a 4.6 rating. TODAY 11-3-23 it was a 3.1 rating at best. New Staff, Enttance door from parking lot locked, No greeting and the food was disgusting today.
