We have been to alaro many times and usually have a great experience. We know they are slow but that is usually OK because the food is worth it. This time, they were extra slow, taking 30 minutes from ordering to getting 2/4 entrees and another 5 minutes til the last two were dropped off at our table. The food was lack-luster.
