The chicken was burnt, unseasoned and cooked in old oil. The restaurant doesn’t feel comfortable and safe because they have men hanging on the outside of their restaurant by the door under the “No loitering” sign drinking beer out of a brown paper bag and begging customers every time they go in and out of the restaurant for money.
