Only had one bad experience and that was the last time i went in... they gave me the wrong order.. and i waited to long for my shakes.. i started eating my food and when i got to the burger i seen it wasnt mines.. they made me a new burger and still got it wrong.. oh yeah i was still waiting on my shakes.. got the while was waiting i asked for some more fries cause of the wait on my shakes that i still didnt have yet... The food is good but the service is slow on Pershall rd.
Always a nice treat urself some steak n shake anytime that I possibly can. The fries are small...
