Bartender spent most of the time either on her phone or chatting up a group of guys at one end of the bar would ignore me as she walked past, even with my hand raised and looking right at her, and an empty glass in front of me. Good wait staff will NEVER let you have an empty glass. To add insult to injury, when I finally did get a new one, it was in the same glass (not a new one) and the head on the beer was awful....
