This is a normal Boulangerie Paul with good service but the shopping mall it is located in is super depressing dreary and grey with a lot of strange people begging. They need to do something to make it more attractive to visitors, especially as it is located so close to the Cathedral, which could be a major tourist attraction if the area surrounding it was not so scary and weird. Staff was friendly thanks. No eclairs (happens). Coffee is horrible but priced as at a roastery a power of coloured caffeine mixed with tap water. I love Paul's in London and Lyon but not Paris. View all feedback.
