Ma deuxième visite en 2 ans et toujours aussi exceptionnel. une cuisine style Tapas mais précise et délicieuse. Un vrai réconfort. Je ne peux prétendre connaitre la cuisine de Montréal qui doit aussi comporter quelques belles tables mais c'est sans conteste la meilleure de saint Hyacinthe. c'est un peu cher mais si vous avez le mal de la France ou de l’Espagne vous serez comblé. Vers la fin Mars nous y somme alle avec un couple d'ami,j'ai recu mon sanglier qui etait froid,un rissoto le grain etait eclater tellement il etait trop cuit pateux,quand on paye plus de 200 dollars pour un souper on s'attend a la perfection.....plus jamais!!! View all feedback.
