I went there on Wednesday to pick up our Thanksgiving day cake. The line was pretty out of the door. But not only is it moving fast, but the staff was amazing to make sure everyone was comfortable. They set up a table at the entrance with coffee and treats and left an employee who offers cookies. There were some rude customers, but the staff was polite and smiling despite this fact.
