I bought Bagels here for a while. They were very good to date. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese as usual. I have less than 1/3 of the fresh cheese as in recent years. Parts of the bagel had no cream cheese at all and the other parts hardly had a float. Perhaps the new employees were not trained to the standard that guests expect, and that will improve.
