I was expecting something else the salmon tartare input nothing to say of the very salted fish with bacon, piece of sausage with white peas I find the curious assembly and I am not fan...and the dessert grapefruit lawyer Chantilly.the person told me to take the three layers together and well I did not like can be changed fruit.
