This was one of our favorite restaurants in St-Sauveur prior to the pandemic. Tonight's visit was quite disappointing. All dishes were over cooked and tasted very “citrusy”. Duck (confit de canard) was very chewy. Escargot lacked any flavor. Fish (filet de dore amandine) was overpowered by the taste of lemon but otherwise very bland.
