in dried intake, without a dish taste of the so-called lacquered duck, in reality the hyper dry duck bathing in a sauce type "bottom of calf", nothing to do with a lacquered duck! Cantonese rice cooked in a cube broth with some small dried peas! wine of poor quality, we had to change the first bottle that looked like vinegar! We were offered a sake: alcohol to burn!
