Low staff, had to hand empty plates to waitress. Water was not served with ice and not served at all. Food portions and quality was good but some complained out of our table of 10 that the plates were cool. During the evening we think one of the kitchen staff was smoking a cigarette in the back as we could smell it as if someone was smoking in the same room. Bring your own wine.
