service is nice, but in the regular very slow. this youngest visit we had to ask two additional paints for our pancakes after we had abandoned our order because they forgot to bring them out. that was frustrating when considering 1) they are the international house of pancakes and 2) our order had unlimited pancakes, but they did not manage to bring them out of our whole meal.
