Business was clean and environment was okay. Parking lot and front of store it is a little dirty but something you can fix. I would give a 3 1/2 star but I believe in the greater power so I round to 4. I kindly asked for a fresh patty on my impossible whopper at the drive through on 1/8/24 at about 10:30pm they replied of course . When I got home not too far away the patty looked and felt like cardboard, I opened the burger up just to see if they did anything else and sure enough I found the most disgusting of hair in my burger.
