2 hours and no meal. Staff unhappy at us politely asking for an eta. Buffet of salads, soup and vegies half empty. Asked specifically if more soup was coming and was told 10 minutes - its heating now. 1 hr later...no soup. Very disappointed. And we had booked - it's not like they didn't know we were coming. Very disappointing.
