Started the night at the closest bar to where we are staying which was in the Sheraton where we happened to be staying. Played with a couple of drinks they are launching and was pleasantly surprised. Food and service were terrible. Ordered the ribeye, medium, and it came out charred to a crisp. It was over 75% char burnt (I honestly thought it was a joke at first). I?ve had jerky that was more tender, I had trouble cutting it with a steak knife.
