Hip little Bistro serving the best frites (fries) my wife and I have ever had in the west. The waffles are not gluten-free so we couldn't try them, but the frites were perfect. Fried twice and cut fresh on-site, they were a perfect golden hue and deliciously crispy. The selection of fry sauces are excellent, but these fries shone best with ketchup.
