12/18/2023: l was invited to meet up at the newly named Carnival Buffet. The fresh new appearance is NICE! I had Salmon and Shrimp fried rice. All good! I also had the Pineapple Shrimp, and the Cream Cheese Rangoon. I wanted seconds. I also got a half dozen Shrimp to peel and eat. So good. Oh and some steamed dumplings too! I was going to hit up the dessert section next, but it was getting kind of late, and close to their closing, so I let it go and decided that I'll DEFINITELY be coming back again SOON! :.
