Tasty reuben!. It's the only thing I've really enjoyed here. It was some time ago, but the flavor was excellent. Not what I was expecting. For those familiar with it, note that this Copper Canyon is not related at all to the Copper Canyon in Orlando Fl (and other places), nor does it serve racks of ribs (at least when I visited) That said, I'm quite happy with my inadvertent experience.
