When you get home and your order is completely wrong! I hate that! The manager offers to send you a coupon but what about dinner tonight? You get back in the car and go back down there right? Totally inconvenient but they don't offer anything extra to keep you as a customer. That would be replacing your order twice. Nevermind that you thought you were done with this for the night....
