Went for lunch today with my sister and niece. My niece and I had the spanikopita which we always look forward to ordering at restaurants. While Granny's version tasted ok, it was mainly layers of philo, with very little spinach filling. I think it wasthe thinnest piece of spanikopita I've ever seen!
