Really bad experience at the Black Sheep as my partner ordered a dish not realising it contained bacon. Genuine mistake and totally our fault. We were told by the staff they couldn't make the dish again but offered us a refund! Went to get the refund, for the manager to tell me that it was clearly stated on the menu and we would therefore not be provided a refund!
