Dim sum was very good. The Japanese-style stuffed soft tofu and the naiwan (egg custard) bao were the stars of the show. I would describe them as perfect. Lomaigai (sticky rice in a lotus leaf) was tasty and unusual, containing a short grain not-so-sticky rice. Pan-fried pork buns were also good, but were a little on the dry side.
