Sad. Menu has seemingly not been updated in the last fifty years. The food is cooked in a Chinese restaurant next door that is under renovation, with food passed through a window. Sea Bass in paper was not sufficiently steamed. Soft shell crabs were dried out little crunchies with gooey brown Chinese sauce, like hoisin gone wrong. Scallop appetizer was not fresh.
