this is one of the only vegetarian places we found in the city. most people in san carlos do not even know what vegan means, but the owners here seemed to know and they were happy to help us convert the vegetarian dishes to vegans. we had made the vegetarian salat and burrito vegan by spending the sauce and instead adding senf. both were decent. we also had the Guanábana juice that was good. Where should I start? we were sitting at the beginning at a folding table when the kitchen and said we were moving to another table as soon as it was available. the personal instead sat down on another party that was not respectful. the service was also incredibly slow, took over an hour to get a pizza and the table next to us rose up and went because the kitchen had forgotten its worship. they were already before us...
