Ordered a coffee with an espresso. Waited 15 minutes. New customers getting their drinks before me. Tipped 3 dollars. Asked about my coffee. They seemed surprised. Apologized, but never offered to give my tip back. Coffee may be ok, but come on! Not great, go elsewhere. Give me my tip back and I'll change the review.
