we had a reservation for lunch and were immediately sat. we both ordered one of the so-called South specialties: the darkened snaps with sides (college, kratzer and yamsfries). we were served instead of fried snapper. because the service was a little slow and we had to be somewhere, we did not choose to eat back. that was a mistake. the fish was boiled and dry. the diligent was slandered. with the fish with the tarta...
