Being on the waterfront is the big draw at Pier 23, including excellent drinks. The oysters were just mediocre not very much flavor but the crab cakes were excellent. The trout rillette is excellent, but the quesadilla also mediocre. Need a better salsa, too. It was fairly flavorless. Still, I'd go again, just explore the menu a little more. View all feedback.
