We stumbled on Chez Theresa while driving don the east coast of Corsica. We were the only diners, but the atmosphere was still relaxed and the service unobtrusive. The food was excellent, filled with fresh, local seafood. Après 1h30 d'attente, on nous annonce que notre commande, passée 24h avant lors de la réservation, n'est plus disponible. En plus de se contenter de légères excuses, on nous demande subtilement des pourboires en fin de repas ! Franchement, pour des habitués, c'est juste n'importe quoi. 1 * pour Theresa, un gâchis.
