My favorite neighborhood Chinese food spot. Service is ok, nothing spectacular but they are nice. Food is always on point and great portions for your money's worth. Came about 30 minutes before closing on a weekday. Nobody was inside but was hungry. Place looked and smelled clean. Was greeted and told it was takeout only.
