the first time here (during COVID-19) was eating amazing. overwhelmingly extensive menu, but all we got was really good, very freshly tasting, perfectly flavored and tasteful. service was good and they seemed to do a good work to keep the dinge clean and safe for eating free. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Golden Bamboo Vegetarian House:
3.5 stars if possible. Ironically, I was hoping for a more vegetable-forward menu, and while the food here was pretty good, most dishes seemed to focus on veggie “meats” that were soy or tofu based. The “beef” in the shaken beef dish had the flavor and texture that was very close to actual beef. Fried tofu was good, but heavily breaded. Summer rolls were…interesting? “Fish” fried rice had some interesting crispy bits, but…and this will sound odd…I really enjoyed the coconut herbal tea! If you’re looking to replace meat, this is a good place to go and would be a solid 4-star. If you’re looking for a new take on veggies? Maybe look elsewhere….
