I came up with high hopes for eating and the beer here and I can say with 100% honesty that this is one of the most authentic German experiences I ever had outside of actually in Germany. the food was excellent, the beer served in the right glassware, and the atmosphere was welcome thanks to the friendly setting and attentiveness of the owner to his mozens. The food was average. I often make schnitzels at home, so this was not good very dry not well presented. Pretzel was good, but I suppose they import them. The desert was way too sweet even my son didn’t want to eat it. But the “best” thing was the utensils they brought. They were completely filthy. Germans are known for cleanliness and order.
