A friend brought us a caldo from this little restaurant and I have to say I fell in love!! so many restaurants to choose from and the caldo by far is the best tasting!! For Southern Texas, where there are a million Mexican restaurants, the food here was rather bland. I asked for a roasted jalapeño and received a small dish of canned, sliced jalapeños. And somewhat high priced at many $13 plates. At least the $13 plates include two cans of soda pop. The chips and salsa were good. The service was excellent. The establishment is crystal clean.
