On a city tour we took, another person in the group highly recommended his bar that they would teach you how to make a pisco sour, and let you taste different types of Pisco with no charge. Unfortunately, none of the staff is english speaking so we could not ask for any of this. We just got our drinks and left. Its not a large bar so it probably gets full in the evening.
