The worst IHOP i had been in Mexico. We visit from Atlanta. First the greeter said waiting time was 10 minutes for a table turns 30 min. Place not very clean mops and cleaning supplies were left next to tables. Server good but got frustrated easily taking the order. Kitchen is a disaster ,food not good quality for the money.
