We have been here a few times. El Balcon has walk up as well as table service. Good coffee and super ice cream... They have flavors from local trees, herbs, and plants, some unusual. I forget the names, but you could ask for helados regionales maybe? Also, El Balcon has water based items for those who are lactose intolerant. View all feedback.

I tried the pizza and ice cream and was very disappointed. The pizza was extremely oily which was very unpleasant. On the other hand, the ice cream was very watery and without a very good flavor, you found ice fragments in flavors that were supposed to be cream.
