We are long time customers of Jacks Prime but today was my last order. The $23 cheeseburger has changed- they are now using a thin frozen pre-made patty- it was not good. The extremely thick fries are nothing like the thin fries they use to serve. Sad to say we wont. be ordering again. View all feedback.
