Last night I went to the place where the kitchen closed at 4pm and tried a vegan shell and very good and late chips. Today I ordered the mollets with an extra tofu and the truth is amazing. the bread they make is brutal, the perfect tofu at its point and its mushroom sweat is also very rich.
