We have been coming here for a few years. We love the quiet spot ocean view rooms with patio rocking chairs. Awesome listening to ocean all night. Be sure get an ocean view room! Staff are always friendly. The grounds near the beach aren't green but we're in a drought. Grass up near the property is green. Oddball room...one of three in a utility shed building over the garages and storage garages....room was dirty, noisy from the activity below and has seen it's better days in terms of worn furnishings that smelled like summer camp when I was a kid.
