Late Friday lunch with a friend. Quickly seated and drinks ordered. At the same time we ordered a large guacamole. Chips and salsa followed along with the guacamole. A pet peeve, this guac was puréed to a paste consistency; I really like chunky guac. Our chips ran low and were not replaced. Our meals came out and my friends was wrong and they had to remake it.
