Food is a 5. Following my last review though, I was complaining about their policies on substituting lo mein for their rice. It is now $8.00 to substitute it! New owners are either nuts or greedy. Price of the meal went up $3. Then they want $8 more to ladle out from a different pan???? Ridiculous. View all feedback.
